​Jolene Heida is a Registered Social Worker and practicing clinical therapist with over 15 years of combined experience working with children youth and families. Her approach to therapy is eclectic – meaning that she draws on a number of modalities and beliefs to best suit each individual client. Since 2004 she has developed and delivered training and educational initiatives to schools, client groups, youth centres, and service providers. Her primary focus of practice is supporting people that have experienced trauma and their allies.

Maeghan Kirkley holds a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology, and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She has experience working with children, youth,  adults and families who present with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioural and emotional challenges. In addition, Meaghan has experience working with youth and adults with ADD, ADHD, and those on the Austim Spectrum.  
Maeghan has been trained in a number of evidence-based practices in order to support her in providing effective treatment to a wide range of clients and is currently completing her Traumatologist Certification. 

Jill Foley holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist. She has over ten years working with individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse and who struggle with mental health issues. Currently, Jill is psychotherapist in private practice as well as an individual and family therapist for an accredited children's mental health agency.



Laura Rogers holds a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychotherapy and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She has over 5 years experience working  with adolescents and adults and draws on multiple therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Laura tailors her approach to meet each individual’s needs ensuring that she is deliver a client-centered approach to practice.
